Terms of Business
- Minimum Contract is 2 hours per Week/Fortnight/Month.
- Terms and Conditions in Welcome Pack agreed to and all agreements signed before commencement of contract.
- Lavender Cleaning endeavours to supply a regular cleaner and will organise a replacement in th event of illness or holiday should this be requested.
- All cleaning products are to be supplied by the householder or company except bleach which is NOT to be used in line with our insurance criteria.
- All cleaning operatives are covered by full liability insurance.
