• Minimum Contract is 2 hours per Week/Fortnight/Month.
• Terms and Conditions in Welcome Pack agreed to and all agreements signed before commencement of contract.
• Lavender Cleaning endeavours to supply a regular cleaner and will organise a replacement in the event of illness or holiday should this be requested.
• All cleaning products are to be supplied by the householder or company except bleach which is NOT to be used in line with our insurance criteria.
• All cleaning operatives are covered by full liability insurance.
